Program Overview

Gain advanced clinical expertise in spine or extremity care while integrating evidence-based practice, lifestyle medicine, and a biopsychosocial approach to deliver more comprehensive and lasting patient outcomes.

Elevate your approach to patient care with the IMLM Master’s program. Broadening the specialized, targeted pathways of our FMMH curriculum, IMLM empowers you to sharpen your focus on either Extremities (including both Upper & Lower) or Spine health.

The focused clinical precision is then balanced with a robust PHS evidence-based and Lifestyle Medicine curriculum—equipping you with the comprehensive, biopsychosocial toolkit needed to drive superior, long-term patient outcomes.

The transition toward evidence-informed healthcare and lifestyle medicine is more than a trend—it is the gold standard for clinical practice in the 21st century. In an era where practitioners are bombarded with vast amounts of conflicting information and poorly validated research, the ability to critically appraise and apply evidence is no longer optional; it is essential to cutting through misinformation and delivering reliable, high-quality care.

By integrating the biopsychosocial model—which addresses the biological, psychological, and social drivers of health—with sustainable, evidence-based lifestyle interventions, we are redefining what is possible in patient outcomes. This shift toward integrative, evidence-informed practice represents the true future of healthcare, empowering clinicians to move beyond simple symptom management and toward comprehensive, long-term health optimization.
