The CAHS Master’s in Integrative Musculoskeletal and Lifestyle Medicine is the only online program designed to bridge the gap between physical rehabilitation and systemic wellness. We combine a rigorously researched, evidence-based approach to musculoskeletal (MSK) evaluation and management with the transformative power of modern lifestyle medicine. Built for flexible online learning, this program empowers health professionals to treat the root causes of extremity MSK conditions while pioneering a holistic, habits-first approach to patient care.
This course utilizes content from ProHealth Systems (PHS) designed by Dr. Nikita Vizniak.
Every piece of anatomy, assessment strategy, and management "action" is delivered as a high-yield, practical tool you can use with clients / patients immediately.
Recognizing the bioindividuality of clients / patients, PHS combines the biopsychosocial model with person-centered, functional outcomes.
After successful completion of the Master’s content, you will also have earned 6 PHS Professional Certifications.
This 60 ECTS Professional Master's program consists of content from:
- 1 Mandatory CAHS course
- 8 Core PHS courses
Our IMLM Masters incorporates a LEARN & APPLY methodology requiring students to apply their newly learned skills by conducting patient / client evaluations and or critical appraisals of research.

All CAHS Masters Programs require you to complete our Evidence-based Health Care course.
There is an enormous amount of information, misinformation, poorly constructed and or poorly executed research studies related to healthcare. It can be extremely daunting to know which way to turn for accurate and relevant information.
This course will arm you with the critical thinking and appraisal skills necessary to identify, analyze, critique and effectively utilize evidenced-based research to further your healthcare practice.
This will be the first course you will complete in your program.

• Any healthcare professional (Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Kinesiologist, Osteopath, Naturopath, Psychologist, Homeopath, Podiatrist, Chiropodist, Medical Doctor, Nurse, or Nurse Practitioner).
• Proof of healthcare designation and a university or college degree is required.
Credit Transfer
• Already completed a certification related to your Master's program? You may be eligible for credit transfer. We'll verify this with you during the application process.
• A maximum of 10 credits may be awarded at the discretion of our Admissions Team.
